SM-Self-service environment
In 2013 people are now able to make self-service transactions over the internet. For example you are able to do your own online shopping and checkout without needing assistance from anyone. One problem with this, is that if you are unable to work out how to use it there is no one to help you. Another example of self-service is online banking, you are able to withdraw  money and bank money fast and easily over the internet. This also has a downside, if you again aren't able to access your account or make the transaction you have no help from anyone.
